Olde Towne Lofts
The lofts are available to full–time graduate students, 21 years or older at a price of $6,500.00 per semester and $2,590.00 per summer term, which includes all utilities (cable, wifi, water, electricity, AC/heat, etc.).
Each one-bedroom loft has a full kitchen, a living room, one bedroom furniture, and full bath covering approximately 500 sq. ft. Six of the lofts open to private balconies.
