How does the 3+3 Accelerated Business Administration Law Program Work?

The 3+3 Law program allows you to complete your undergraduate and law degrees in six years rather than seven. You’ll align your schedule so that your first year of law school coursework counts towards the 130 hour requirement for your undergraduate business administration degree. In order to earn your BSBA, you will have to complete both three years of relevant undergraduate coursework and your first year of law school coursework.

3+3 Law Program Requirements

Transfer students are not eligible for the 3+3 Program. Only incoming freshmen with a 26 ACT score or 1180 SAT score will qualify for this program. Acceptance into the 3+3 Program, however, does not automatically guarantee admission to the Mississippi College Law School.

Once admitted, students are expected to maintain at least a 3.25 GPA in their undergraduate work to remain competitive for early admission to the Mississippi College School of Law. Students in this program should plan to take the LSAT as soon as possible after their sophomore year, but no later than the fall of their junior year, as an acceptable LSAT score is required for admission to the Mississippi College Law School.
