Statement on Non-Discrimination

Mississippi College does not unlawfully discriminate in its programs and activities on the basis of sex and complies with state and federal laws prohibiting sex discrimination.

New Title IX Regulations

Beginning Friday, August 14, 2020 a new policy will be in effect at Mississippi College to adjudicate issues of sex and gender-based harassment, sexual harassment, intimate partner violence and staking.  The new policy is posted below.  Anyone wishing to file a complaint based on the policy or having questions about the policy and the implementation of the policy may contact the Title IX Coordinator, Dr. Kristena Gaylor at 601.925.3415.
