The Division of Student Experience oversees the Offices of Student Engagement, Christian Life and Residence Life. These offices offer a variety of programs, events and activities that enhance the student experience at Mississippi College. Whether it's traditions like Lighting of the Quad, attending weekly chapel services or building community with friends in your residence hall, the Division of Student Experience provides a key part of the Mississippi College Experience.
Student Engagement
The Office of Student Engagement oversees large events such as Orientation, Welcome Week and Family Weekend, as well as campus programming events that provide ways for students to connect on campus outside of the academic classroom. Many favorite campus traditions are hosted by Student Engagement each year. Student organizations, clubs and tribes, intramural athletics and First Year Experience are also a part of the Office of Student Engagement.
Christian Life
The Office of Christian Life strives to create an environment that provides members of the campus community opportunities to know Christ, mature in Christ, serve the Lord, serve others, and develop habits and relationships that bring pleasure to the Lord, leading to transformed lives and communities.
Residence Life
The Office of Residence Life provides a safe, Christ-like environment that empowers our students to continually grow spiritually, personally, and academically.
Community Service
The Community Service Center serves as a way to help students learn how to engage and impact the community. Whether for a class, club, or organization, we are here to assist you in finding service opportunities that best fit your needs.
